Tour Description:

Day 1: Arrive Beijing
Arrive at Beijing International Airport in the afternoon. Meet by your guide and transfer to 4-star Yuyang Hotel

Day 2: Beijing
Morning walk on the Tiananmen Square, the largest one in the world. On 1st October 1949, Chairman Mao Tse-Tung proclaimed to the whole world the founding of the People's Republic of China there. Visit to the Forbidden City which was the Imperial Palace for the Ming and the Qing Dynasty with 800 buildings and over 9,000 rooms. Visit the Summer Palace to see the second home of the Imperial Court, with its huge collection of over 1,000 paintings, and its charming gardens with marble pagodas and delicately arched bridges. Day 3: Beijing
Full day excursion to the Great Wall and the Temple of Heaven. The Great Wall is China's most famous landmark and the only man-made structure visible from outer space. Built during the Qin Dynasty to protect the country from invaders with total length of 6,000 miles. The Temple of Heaven was said to be the most beautiful building in Beijing. (B,L)

Day 4: Beijing-Shanghai-Suzhou
Morning free at leisure. Afternoon fly to Shanghai, and transfer to Suzhou---"Venice of the Orient". Stay at 4-star Tianpin Hotel (B,L)

Day 5: Suzhou
Morning visit classic Chinese Garden and silk factory where you can see how to process silk from cocoon, Tour the Grand Canal and Embroidery Research Institute to see the magic of double embroidery. (B,L)

Day 6: Suzhou-Shanghai
Morning arrive Shanghai. Visit Jade Buhda Temple which houses the country's best jade Buhda statue. Visit Old City God Bazzar, Bund. Stay at 4-star Radison Hotel. (B,L)

DAY 7: Shanghai
Free day for you to shop. (B)

DAY 8: Shanghai-USA
Fly to U.S.A, and arrive on the same day. (B)
