Thailand Visa!
General
Requirement for obtaining a Thailand Visa:
- A
passport valid for a minimum of six
months from the date of intended arrival
in Thailand (with at least one blank
page available).
- Visa
Application Form, completed and
signed.
- Two
recent passport photo.
- A
copy of round-trip ticket or a booked
itinerary showing travel to and from
Thailand
Applicant
who is a holder of a re-entry permit
or those who hold passport from Bangladesh,
The People's Republic of China, Cambodia,
India, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria,
Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, the Middle
East countries and the Socialist countries
need to submit the following additional
requirements:

Current
passport or re-entry permit valid
for travel to Thailand

passport photo for re-entry permit
holder
5 passport photo for the holder of
passports from Cambodia, China &
Vietnam

Employment
verification or a guarantor's letter
from a U.S. resident

Proof
of confirmed round-trip ticket and
itinerary
-
Proof
of Permanent resident alien card

Proof
of Financial, such as a bank statement
showing personal savings or checking
account
-
A
personal bio-data of applicant(s)
since leaving country of birth or
refugee camp (For
the person who is former nationality
from Lao, Vietnam, Cambodia only)

Confirmed
reservation of place of stay or hotel
in Thailand
-
Reference
person and address in Thailand
-
Reference
person and address the next country
after Thailand or your native country

Visa must be activated or used within
three months from the date of issuance.

Fees:
- Non-immigrant
visa USD $50.00 per entry and
USD $125.00 per multiple entries
(for Investment & former Thai
citizen)
- Tourist
visa USD $25.00 per entry
- Transit
visa USD $20.00 per entry

the New York areas.

New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania,
Rhode Island, Vermont.
