U.S. and Canadian Citizens DO NOT require a Visitor Visa to enter London (England). U.S. Residents DO NOT require Visitor visas to enter Bermuda, Cayman Islands and the British Virgins Islands. This is providing that they can produce a valid United States Alien Registration Card.

Additionally the Bahamas, Belize, Bermuda, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Nicaragua also falls under the New York jurisdiction.

Requirements for obtaining a UK Visa:

• A passport valid for a minimum of six months from the date of intended arrival in the UK (with at least one blank page available)
• Visa Application Form, filled out Online at the British website & must be Paid Online
• Two recent passport photo
• A copy of round-trip ticket or a booked itinerary showing travel to and from UK
• A copy of your US Alien Resident Card for foreign residents and/or a valid visa or document to return from UK to the US or to another country
• Submit a copy of your Hotel Confirmation or a Letter of Invitation if you're staying with friends or relatives
• Employment Letter
  For Vacation: to include length of service & vacation dates
  For Business: giving full details of proposed business visit and stating employer will be financially responsible
  Self-employed: letter of incorporation/business registration document or 1040 tax return
• Evidence of funds, i.e. Recent bank statement, travelers cheques (Credit card statements are not acceptable)
